Capital Link's mission is "to provide high-quality, affordable, innovative advisory services related to planning and financing capital projects for non-profit Federally-Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and similar organizations that support and expand community-based health care."

From financial and market feasibility studies to operations and facilities planning and business plan development, Capital Link's unique approach has assisted hundreds of health centers in strengthening their abilities to plan and carry out successful capital projects.

Working nationally out of seven offices allows us to address individual health center capital project needs more readily. Additionally, Capital Link receives funding support through a National Training and Technical Assistance Cooperative Agreement with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Consequently, Capital Link is able to provide some assistance to health centers without charge or at subsidized rates.

Capital Link also works in partnership with the National Association of Community Health Centers and with state-based Primary Care Associations across the country to help identify, plan for and meet the capital needs associated with the growth of the FQHC system at the state and federal levels.

As a key provider of health center data and metrics related to financial capacity and capital needs, Capital Link developed and manages the largest database of health center audited financial statements in the country.
