New Markets Tax Credits (NMTCs) continue to provide the best source of “free” money for health centers that need new or expanded facilities. Up to 25% of the total cost of your project may be attained in the form of funding that becomes your equity in the project. This session will acquaint participants with the benefits provided by using NMTC, how to obtain them, and how to structure and close transactions. We will also provide an update on HRSA’s reapproved Loan Guarantee Program.
