This interactive resource, developed by Capital Link and the National Association of Community Health Centers, provides health centers with a toolkit to create and maintain a useful strategic plan. It helps health centers to assess key influences, reinforce operating systems, establish objectives, and mobilize staff and other stakeholders to meet the challenges of a changing environment. Most importantly, it offers tools to distill this information into the critical actions health centers need to manage strategically and achieve sustainability. It also describes the importance of measuring, benchmarking, and evaluating all organizational activities, providing an introduction to the tools needed to attain high performance.
