Program Development and Advocacy

Using the results of the Capital Needs Analysis, Financial Trends Analysis and Statewide Economic Impact Analysis, Capital Link can provide PCAs with clear direction for identifying and/or developing statewide financial programs and collaborations that may benefit member health centers.

Capital Link also offers an Advocacy Toolkit designed to help health centers use data to tell their story: how they work, who they serve, where they are, and why they need to grow. Although our performance monitoring and analysis services all provide valuable information for health center leadership, how the data is put to use is even more important. The Advocacy Toolkit gives CHCs and PCAs the tools needed to share the results of these analyses with external decision-makers, funders, and the community.
