Facility Maximization helps detect redundancies in existing programs, staffing, and space so that a health center can operate as efficiently and effectively as possible in their current facility. This plan can be extremely useful for health centers that are in the early stages of planning and funding an expansion project and must make the best use of the facilities at their disposal.

Organized by site and priority, the plan identifies what adjustments may need to be made to the physical space in order to accomplish future goals. It includes recommendations for the repurposing of existing spaces with and without renovation, as well as changes in equipment and furnishings to maximize the utilization of the current facility.
