For Health Centers

Capital Link helps health centers navigate the "Capital Development Process," a series of six linked phases that we believe are necessary to successfully complete a capital improvement project. Some of these phases occur sequentially – but many occur simultaneously.

Often health center capital projects are completed without a detailed plan of action. The level of planning may vary, but lack of planning typically results in the health center finding itself in a position of having to finance more than anticipated and/or needing another expansion before the construction project is completed or soon thereafter. Capital Link provides assistance to health centers to avoid making unnecessary mistakes in completing a capital project.

Capital Link provides the following programs and services to guide health centers through the capital development process. Each health center we work with has unique needs; we endeavor to meet those needs on an individual basis.
