This collaborative is designed to assist health centers that anticipate the need for a capital project in the next five years and provides practical direction and tools for planning, financing, and successfully completing a capital project.

Through a series of four weekly interactive learning sessions, the Learning Collaborative provides participating health centers guidance to help them properly prepare for and pursue capital projects that will enable them to better serve their communities. Tools and resources, both publicly available and Capital Link-developed, will also be provided throughout the Collaborative.

Learning sessions will be be enhanced with valuable tools and resources, including customized Performance Evaluation Profiles providing multiyear performance trends benchmarked against peers and opportunities for one-on-one guidance to help participating health centers understand specific aspects of their project planning and financing.

Another offering of this Learning Collaborative is being planned for Fall 2025.
