Statewide Financial Trends Analysis
A statewide financial trends analysis reveals valuable insights about the financial condition of community health centers in a state by providing up to 4-years of aggregate statewide trends based on the most recent audited statements of participating health centers. A series of ratios are calculated to provide insight into four areas: profitability, growth, solvency, and debt capacity. These ratios are compared against industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for improvement in existing operations and better alignment with strategic objectives.
Statewide Capital Needs Assessment
The capital needs assessment demonstrates the need for state and local capital investment in health centers. It illustrates the aggregate projected capital needs and summarizes participating health centers’ capital requirements by project type, project priorities and technical assistance needs.
