The Capital Development - Early Project Planning Stages is a small group training designed to assist health centers anticipating beginning a capital project in the next 1-5 years, providing practical direction and tools for planning, financing, and successfully completing a capital project. This Collaborative included guidance on organizational readiness, select financial and operational benchmarks, financial capacity, and how to begin planning for your capital project. We plan to offer a similar training in late 2025.
