Steps to Success Cover

      Released in 2017

This resource provides a broad overview of the capital development process. Health centers needing to build new facilities,
renovate existing space, or purchase new equipment, are taking on a complex endeavor that should be carefully planned
and organized. This document highlights eight planning activities, which are fundamental building blocks that create a foundation
for smoother project completion, eliminating most of the guesswork, and allowing health centers to understand opportunities
and risks. This resource was developed with support from the Health Resources and Services Administration.
